Invermoriston

The village Invermoriston is located about 11km north of Fort Augustus. On the A82 road, the road along the north side of lake Loch Ness, you will fall at the entrance to the city over a bridge on which you will see another bridge, stone.
The second bridge, the Thomas Telford bridge, is the attraction most visited Invermoriston. Built in 1813, it is no longer used today, apart from the tourists who like to see this piece in particular falls from the river Moriston.

For me, when I visited I was surprised to see hardly anyone for such a beautiful landscape. This is a big positive point for lovers of nature and calm.
